The main concept of the project is based on horse riding and equestrian activities. Green areas take centre stage so that people and horses can coexist in total harmony, so a series of parks, gardens and lakes are designed around a racecourse, as well as residential areas (with palaces, villas, townhouses and flats), two hotels and several shopping areas.
